First New Home of 2001 and Last for Newmarket

Yesterday we mentioned in Ensign how it seemed like the tempo of everything had changed. That story was done in the morning and by afternoon this project got underway. Chupa excavation was installing the service to the last empty lot in the new section of Tisdale on Newmarket Drive. One by one the lots have disappeared as a fine new neighbourhood has sprung up and this lot was the last on the block.

From the look of things this project will proceed quickly as the top soil was being removed in preparation for the installation of a basement with the gravel piled on the street ready to provide footings for construction. House #1 for the year 2001.
