House Number Nine Standing

With a large number of homes on the market this is a brave move to construct these two homes on speculation. This one, built by Farber Construction is now standing and since it is on the corner of what will eventually a crescent it is a corner lot and the cement for its garage is in place and the materials for that portion of the house are ready to assemble.

Across the street from it the house number ten is under way with its wood basement finished, covered in and heated to cure the cement for the main structure and the garage. These pictures were taken late Tuesday afternoon.
