Maple Ridge Condo begins to get topped off

FTLComm - Tisdale - Wednesday, September 8, 2004
Tuesday morning the McFadden crane showed up at the Maple Ridge Condominium project and it was show time. The north portion of the roof structure had been prefabricated on the ground and it was time to move each of these three large structures up into place.

The images below are shown in sequence and end with the way the project was about noon today. The picture at the top of the page shows work late this afternoon as the work day was about over. The crane had lifted some of the truss frames up to the work level this morning where each one will be fitted into place. Work space around the project and mud prevented the fabrication of the remainder of the roof trusses on the ground.

This project has moved along remarkably well when you consider that every level was held up at least one or more days because of drenching rain.
