There are a few newer homes still on the market in Tisdale but only one other new house available. Realtors have reported that the housing market in Tisdale is very active this spring. |

There are several remodelling projects underway in Tisdale and the new Robin's Donut and convenience store is nearing completion with hope that it will open partially for the May long weekend. |

Rise Construction has the basement up and the floor completed on the first house of the year. The new home is located as the second new house to be built on the north end of Newmarket. 
As I watch construction take place this morning I was surprised to see the heavy subfloor material first bonded then nailed down to the floor beams. As you can see this home is being constructed as most new Tisdale homes are done now, atop a wood basement that will be backfilled with gravel.
