FTLComm - Tisdale - June 28, 2000
The products have been loading into the yard for more than a month now and today's the day for their departure. The field used for the the sale has been ankle deep in mud and water so it is hoped that temperatures come up quickly today to dry things out a bit before the sale actually begins this morning.

These pictures were taken at 8:45 this morning and the small parking area on the East side of the lot was already more than half full. Parking lot attendants were in place directing vehicles into the East lot and another team were receiving the first vehicles to arrive in the area around the airport. This time an area had been set aside for airport parking separate from the auction customers.

As the early arrivals began to look over the large amount of farm machinery and vehicles of all kinds the auction staff were going from machine to machine in last minute preparations to see that everything will start when the time comes for that machine to hear "What am I bid?"
