Fighting the Bastards of our Plutocracy: Recognizing the work of Lorie Terry and Sheila Steele

value life more than money	I have been writing some poignant and short write-ups in this journal. And all of these write-ups have had a common denominator: justice and the hypocrisy of our plutocracy. I sound very monotonous and biased towards valuing life more than money; and in fact, in the past I have casually come across other writers of Ensign who have been expressing strongly opinionated opinions as they may have referred to my writing. But luckily enough I have some defenders, and as my monotony is concerned I want to quote ecologist Dana Meadows when in her famous column System Dynamics Meets the Press she reminded all of us that
	"challenging a paradigm is not part-time work. It is not sufficient to make your point once and then blame the world for not getting it. The world has a vested interest in not getting it; the point has to be made patiently and repeatedly, day after day after day."
outstanding citizens	In Saskatchewan, this patient and repetitive work has been carried on, day after day after day, by a number of outstanding citizens; and in this regard I must mention Lorie Terry, spokesperson of The Coalition of No Fault Insurance, and Sheila Steele, publisher of injusticebusters.com.
social injustice	The common denominator of Lorie's and Sheila's work has been the pursuing of social justice. After so many years and after so much pain and suffering, Lorie, with the instrumental assistance of CBC Canada, was able to publicize across Canada the potential criminal faults of No Fault insurance in Saskatchewan.
scandal of the century	No less significant has been the exhausting work of Sheila who, again with the instrumental assistance of CBC Canada, was able to bring to light the disgusting ordeal borne by the Klassen's family in their sexual Scandal of the Century where Saskatchewan Justice 'criminally' prosecuted many members of this family.
corrupt plutocracy	It was only few days ago that I reported 'suspected' criminals Henry Kissinger, former U.S. Secretary of State and head of the U.S. independent commission to investigate the 9-11 attacks, and Silvio Berlusconi, Prime Minister of Italy and the richest personal asset of Italy. I discussed these people and people like them, because, along with their friends and the friends of their friends, they are the fundamental cause of today's violence and division in the world. Kevin Phillips has described these people to compose the new oligarchy of the Bush's (The First) New World Order: our corrupt Plutocracy. So, I will continue to write about our corrupt Plutocracy for my own benefit and for the benefit of us all.
bastards	Yesterday, I e-mailed the article Madison Ave. Plays Growing Role in Drug Research to Lorie. This article shows the collusion between the pompous assets of advertising corporations and their corporative drug researchers, and Lorie commented
	"I am seeing more and more articles like these and it makes my blood run cold."
	Some months ago I received an e-mail from Sheila and she wrote:
	"In The Handmaid's Tale, Margaret Atwood has the main character come across a secret message left by one of the now dead handmaids and it is written in Latin... she gets help to translate it and it says, 'Don't let the bastards grind you under'"
	There is no doubt that our predicament of violence and division is concocted by our plutocracy: THE BASTARDS.
