The Free Market of crony capitalism has divided the world between North and South, rich and poor, and now with the Bush administration there is the further division between the United States and the rest of the world. | ||||||

And yes, the United States, under the Bush's pre-emptive doctrine to strike any country which challenges its hegemony, is assuming imperial power and the rest of the world is becoming its provincial dominion. This is happening with the invasion of Iraq waged by the Coalition of the Willing, never mind if Iraq has not attacked the United States, never mind if the Security Council has not supported this war, never mind if the common people of the world don't want this war. | ||||||

"Over 40 nations now support our efforts. We are grateful for their determination, we appreciate their vision and we welcome their support." |

| This support has been increasing as an easy victory of the Coalition of the Willing will allow the elites of the supporting nations to share the spoil of war and fall in the grace of the compassionate and divinely guided president Bush. | |||||||

In Canada we have Alliance leader Stephen Harper who is lamenting against Prime Minister Jean Chretien's opposition to Bush's pre-emptive doctrine. These Alliance people are afraid that the Bush administration will retaliate against their economic interests in Canada. Therefore, these Alliance people want Canada to support the Coalition of the Willing and share in the spoil of any future crusade waged under Bush's pre-emptive doctrine. | ||||||

Bush's pre-emptive doctrine to wage crusades and liberate oppressed people while reinforcing the American military and economic hegemony will further polarize the New World Order as preached by Bush's policy commandment "with us or against us." And Venezuelan Oscar Heck echoes his fears for his own country and people as he states: | ||||||
"I believe that by attacking Iraq, the USA is setting precedent for itself for future invasions. In other words, it is OK to invade another country if it is to free the people from oppressive anti-democratic dictators. This really scares me! The opposition to Chavez has been spreading all sorts of lies: Chavez is involved in terrorism with Saddam and company, the Chavez government is involved in chemical weapons manufacturing, Chavez is a dictator, he is anti-democratic, he is a communist, the Chavez government is oppressive, etc. Doesn't that now give the USA the right to militarily invade Venezuela?" |
