Wet Course

Tisdale's Riverside golf Course once again turned into a bit of a lake when the 2006 spring run off overflowed the banks of the Doghide river. At the top of the page is the road on the north side of the course where the river closed the road. This image (right) shows the extent of the flooding on the fairways themselves and below is the road on the east side of the course with some paddlers making use of the new water recreational area.

The river has now mostly returned to is natural course and the golf course is gradually drying up.
