Two-Hour Buns


  3 cups of water   2 tbsp. instant yeast  
  1/2 cup of sugar (reduce to taste)   2 eggs  
  1/4 cup of oil   7 - 8 cups of flour or enough to make  
  1 1/2 teaspoons of salt  
workable dough
 
         
  Mix the yeast and 4 cups of flour in a separate large bowl. Whip eggs, sugar, oil and water. Add flour-yeast mixture. Blend well, add remaining flour.  
         
  Use this same bun recipe for cinnimon, or sweeter buns but increase the sugar slightly and use three eggs.
