We aim to please

Tisdale - Tuesday, October 7, 2003

We certainly appreciate
any publicity we can get for our restaurant, but maybe you passed judgement publicly a little too hastily.

At Chicken Delight the hash browns are made from fresh potatoes. We keep a few bags of the McCains hash browns on hand in case we run out of our fresh. Unfortunately, you came at a time when we had run out of fresh. Restaurant business is tricky. Judging amounts to prepare ahead of time hopefully matches up with a prediction of how much business will walk through the door.

We are very particular about the freshness of our food. Just so you know for next time, we have a "crispy" button on our till for the bacon.

For the diabetics we also carry "no sugar added" pancake syrup and ice-cream.

Thank-you for trying our food. Have our assurance that we aim to please. Our lively-hood depends on that.
