The leader is supreme, legally

Victoria, B.C., thursday, December 4, 2008, by : Eugene Parks
Governor General Madame Jean made a serious error in shutting down parliament. From this point forward, any tin pot leader to follow has a legal argument that they can suspend parliament anytime it disagrees with a Prime Minister. The voiding of Canadian parliamentary democracy to Stephen Harper is a shocking and sad day.
