The only apparent problem are a number of vacant buildings both downtown and on highway 6 South of the City. A number of newer business have developed in this area and some of the buildings left empty. However, agricultural machinery businesses in the area are living up to their potential. Two of the machinery agents are branch plants of Prince Albert businesses.
