Crocus 2008

The Que Appelle Valey - Wednesday, April 23, 2008 : by Ken Jones

Here is where these flowers were found. Regina on Highway #6 North to Que Appelle Valley, bottom valley turn left on Highway #99 that goes to Craven, drive 1.5 miles.

From the junction of the road along two old concrete bridges then look to the right and there are lots of flowers.

When I was out there on Saturday at 9:00 am April 19,2008 all of the blossom were still closed because previous cold night.

Notice that there are purple, blue and white crocuses.
