| FTLComm - Tisdale - November 27, 2000 |
| |
| Polls opened this morning at 8:30 at the RecPlex and voter turn out though steady
was not a big rush as you can see this picture taken at 9:00 show that there were
no line ups. |
|
| |
| This year the maritimers and Quebec got to vote an hour ahead and from Toronto to
Alberta the polling stations opened at the same time with BC an hour later, this
will mean that the results will come in very close together tonight when the polls
close at 8:00. FTLComm will be on hand as I will be acting as a scurtineer this afternoon
and this evening at the RecPlex. |
| |
| There have already been a lot of people who have already exercised their democratic
right as the advance polls saw a large number of people come out a week ago. |
| |
|
| I have included this image of the forklift heading across main street at 9:30, this
is for those folks who are getting a little bored with elections. |
