The Winter ends for another year!

These pictures need little explanation as you can see the sun is doing its duty and the results are obvious.


The upper left picture shows a field West of Tisdale with some water laying on it and above we can see a small stream along the railroad.

Above right is a road ditch gently draining to the North.

The railway switch on the right and the aging sentinel of the prairies, the elevator seem like a fitting symbol of almost any prairie town.

Below right is a neighbour who is somewhat frustrated with the town as the drainage from South of him runs through his yard . He told me that this is the normal date for the run-off and that we can expect the malards next week.

The image above left was taken Sunday March 29 using an Olympus OM10.

We have shown you pictures of Data, (above) the cat with an attitude before, he has found the arrival of spring to be a mixed blessing but is coping.
