Shire as she explains that today begins the barrel racing season as she is member of the rodeo cowboy association with the season ending in November in Regina. She talks about footing, mud and her two horses, one a thoroughbred and the other a quarter horse filly who is alone for company and just in case there is a muddy competition area.
