Made with a Kodak digital still camera this video captures the beauty of a Van de Graaff generator that is part of a display in Cropper Motors in Naicam. The video’s intent was to illustrate the illusion of our senses. This device uses a build up of static electricity to produce glowing gas in the sphere a phenomena that occurs regularly  in nature but is beyond our ability to see or sense. This is the way so many things, just becaus we can not see them does not eliminate them from being part of realitiy.
