A Letter to the Prime Minister about BSE

We received this letter while on our recent trip into the states and saw first hand how the absence of Canadian beef in the US market has sent the price of beef well above average. While here in Canada we are seeing cattle feed falling to unheard of low prices. This situation is terminal for many and must be addressed. Peter MacKay has a suggestion.
