Fudge Snowplane Brochure

FTLComm - Moosomin - Friday, January 17, 2003

Last February we began what turned into a series of fascinating articles about the development of propeller driven snow machines. One of the manufacturers of these machines was
Mr.Fudge of Moosomin and we obtained from the belongings of William McVicar this brochure. Mr. McVicar had worked at the factory during its years of operation.

There are no dates on the brochure so we leave it to others to speculate when it was made as an advertisement for the product. The original brochure is now in the Grenfell museum.

The snowplane, both those manufactured and those home made are an interesting phenomena below are the stories we have posted so far on the topic:
Lorch Snowplane
Fudge Snowplane
Eckart's Snowplane
Steadman's Snowplane
Colorado Snowplane
Moose Jaw Snowplanes
