NEECIP request for WeeOnes Workshop space: Moved by Peggy Scutchings, Seconded by Edith Dahl: Carried. That St. Paul’s Board approve continuing this program with previous terms and conditions. Secretary Grant will reply to this request.

Search Committee: Recording Secretary of Committee Carol McPhee confirms that Presbytery has approved the Call to Rev. Hallman. Related documentation will be mailed to St. Paul’s and to Conference.
Treasurer/Finance - Gary Rice – Attached. Injury to accountant Suzanne Taylor has resulted in delay of some statements.
UCW/Visitation - Edith Dahl - Attached
Worship – Sharon Whiting – Attached
Christian Education: Judy Krantz – a questionnaire was sent to all families whose children have attended Sunday School asking what their needs and wishes are for programming and what support St. Paul’s may expect from families. Responses were appreciative, yet non-committal. Consensus reached that we must continue to have resources on hand to engage with youngsters who do attend church.

M&P – Peggy Scutchings: Next meeting planned for late October.
Presbytery – forthcoming
Archives – Discussion re: cataloguing of Artifacts. Ed Laxdal has joined the committee. Meeting will be set.

Don Dobson will be asked to assist with microphone difficulties. Tisdale Arts council has two Mics we may be able to utilise. Carol McPhee and Peggy Scutchings will explore this possibility.
Sasktel –re: authorised contacts. Motion: Moved by Carol McPhee, Seconded by Dennis Scuthings. Carried. “That the name Rev. Evelyn Rigby be removed and Board members Gary Rice, Peggy Scutchings, Donna Dobson, May Bilash, Terry Bilash be recorded as authorized persons for Sasktel contact.”
