pronouncements but his over confidence or arrogance is hard to fathom because this
man is most likely going to be the Prime Minister in a few months and as Mike Reilly
points out Paul Martin's solutions involve a lot of fast footwork and the understanding
of Canada one might expect of someone in kindergarten.
