Those promises were overlooked once in power and Jim Calvert of Gravenhurst Ontario is wondering if the same process is happening with the Kyoto Accord, a lot of talk and promises but no committment.

The auditor general asked the RCMP back in May to check into GroupAction but it was this past week that they got around to it but this story is one that will not go away.
