Two full blocks of the central portion of downtown Tisdale are tore up as the project goes forward with the power company having laid the wire, the town removed the old curb and pavement and now work crews putting the elements in place.

Some one mentioned to me that he was seeing between two and five unregistered vehicles on Tisdale streets every day. I took up his challenge and sure enough I found two.

Paving work is expected to begin next week as this week preparations are underway for a major street resurfacing programme for this community which seems to have become a place of gravel roads/ Fifteen blocks are slated for surfacing this month.

Time for a chuckwagon race or two and for the Crawfords to participate in the Cove's flea market. The water remains high at the lake and fishing is very promising.

Rosthern :
Essential a golf course with a campground but both are sumptious and a credit to Saskatchewan as one of those places to visit and enjoy. We went to the park because of last week's Greenwater Report to see the Dry Street show in Rosthern's Station Art's Centre. The Valley Regional Park was a bonus. If history has ever taught us anything it is to be considerably aware of governments who make laws to over rule those laws already in place. The arrest of seventy people in Ontario for some undisclosed alleged terrorist activity may well be just another elaborate political hoax like the last such arrest which proved to be nothing but a smear campaign.
